There are now several new services available to members of Arkansas Valley Electric. By calling this new number - 1-866-862-8322 (1-866-TOAVECC), you will be able to access your account balance or report an outage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all without going through an operator.

When you dial 1-866-862-8322, you will be greeted with several options. By pressing "1" on the touch pad you will be able to report a power-related problem. By pressing "2", you can access your billing records, and "0" will connect you with an operator. When you choose option 1 or 2, you will be asked for your account number, which can be found on your monthly bill, or your phone number if we have it on file. By entering one of these numbers, you will be able to automatically report an outage or get billing information.

This will be of great benefit to you during a widespread outage. If the other phone lines are busy, you can enter your location number and give a brief report of your problem. When the power is restored to your home or business, the system will automatically call you back to assure your power has been restored. We must have your correct phone number on file for the call-back option to work. Please call 1-800-468-2176 and report the correct phone number associated with your account.
