Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 to 8 potatoes
1 pkg dry ranch seasoning
1 small onion, diced
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
1 pkg of bacon pieces
1 (8 oz) carton of sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg. velvetta shredded cheese
½ stick of butter, melted
Instructions:
Wash and prick the potatoes. Place in a gallon zipper storage bag and seal. Place potatoes in the microwave and cook them on the baked potato setting until tender. Remove the potatoes and allow them to cool some before cutting them into ½ inch chunks into a greased 9 X 12 baking dish. Leave the skins on the potatoes. Mix ranch seasoning, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream, cheese and butter
