Ingredients:
2 lbs of deli luncheon meat, diced
1 tomato, diced
½ onion, diced
1 can of black olives, sliced & drained
1 bell pepper, diced
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 pizza crusts, refrigerated
1 (8 0z) pkg. of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 0z) pkg. of shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pizza crusts. In a large sheet cake pan, loosely spread out one pizza crust in a large rectangle. Fill the middle of the pizza crust with half of the meat mixture. Fold sides up to form a sealed loaf. Repeat the process with the other pizza crust and meat mixture in another pan. I usually use a combination of deli ham, turkey, pepperoni and/or browned sausage.
