Stuff Jalapenos

Ingredients:
25- Jalapeno peppers
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 lb sausage
1- 8 oz pkg. shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs

 
Instructions:
Wash, deseed and slice jalapenos in half lengthwise. Brown, crumble and drain 1 lb sausage. Mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese with sausage until well blended. Top each jalapeno with a spoonful of the meat mixture. Sprinkle each with breadcrumbs. Lay jalapenos with meat mixture up on a large baking sheet with edges. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
