Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative Corporation held its annual meeting June 19, at the cooperative’s headquarters in Ozark.
Board President John F. Pendergrass called the meeting to order and Greg Sivils gave the invocation.
Cooperative attorney Rex Terry read the minutes from the 2025 annual meeting, which were approved as presented.
CEO Al Simpson presented the 2025 Annual Report of Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative. He shared information on the cooperative’s growth, including the number of meters served, miles of line maintained and how each revenue dollar is received and invested to serve members.
Terry announced the results of the board election after the ballots were tabulated. Directors elected to three-year terms were Sam Davis, Johnson County; Sean Holland, Sebastian County; and BeLinda Hutchinson, Crawford County.
With no further business to come before the membership, the meeting was adjourned.
A drawing for door prizes followed the meeting, and winners were notified.
