“I like to think of myself as a ‘jack of all trades.’ I answer phones, work in the lobby and help members across multiple office locations. I like the face-to-face communication with our members. As a Member Services Representative, I am a liaison for all the members and all the departments. My job includes gathering information and getting it to the right people.
It’s very rewarding to work for Arkansas Valley Electric, because I have the ability to see the members, talk to them, hear their stories and help them on a one-on-one basis.” At the end of the day, it’s always “member first.”
