Members Can Now Pay By Phone (Auto-Attendant)

New Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations designed to protect your credit and financial information have changed the way AVECC processes credit and debit card payments made by phone. Beginning 11/1/2016, all calls made to our office to make a card payment will be transferred to a secure payment automated voice response system. You may still call the office and speak to a representative to discuss your account. However, you will be transferred to the automated voice response system to make a payment*.
