"As a fiber-optic technician, I install and maintain Wave Rural Connect's equipment in each fiber hut and repair the main line fiber across the entire Arkansas Valley Electric power grid.

I have an excellent co-worker, John Mobley who works alongside me every day. Our teamwork ensures that our job is done correctly and to the highest standards.

 As the son of an Arkansas Valley Electric retiree, it has been a dream of mine to follow in my father's footsteps by working for a company that he has always talked so highly about. 

The team, which I have the privilege of working with every day shows the camaraderie and friendships that Arkansas Valley Electric instills in its employees. This is truly one of the best parts about working at Wave Rural Connect and Arkansas Valley Electric as a whole."
