Jackson Daily Student-Athlete of the Week

Arkansas Valley Electric and Wave Rural Connect Student-Athlete of the Week is Jackson Daily.

Jackson is a senior and quarterback for the Alma Airedales. As a lifelong student at Alma, Jackson takes great pride in representing his school and community on the field. “I remember being younger and looking up to the older football guys,” he reminisced. “But now, I get to be one of those guys on the field and it is so rewarding.”

Jackson had an outstanding performance in his last game, with an impressive 320 rushing yards. However, he is a true team player and was quick to credit his teammates for their hard work, stating that it was a “great team effort” and that he could not have done it without his offensive line and receivers.

With a 4-1 record heading into the conference schedule, Jackson and his team are gearing up for some tough games, including one against Pea Ridge today. He shared, “As long as we stay on track, I see a conference championship in our near future.”
