My position gives me an opportunity to build relationships with cooperative employees. I focus on supporting my team with their day-to-day tasks and staying up to date on current laws that I may need to know for our cooperative employees.
My team helps drive the AVECC culture regarding future decisions and helps maintain the family atmosphere. It is also so rewarding to be able to guide our employees into a successful career at the cooperative. There’s nothing like AVECC. It’s the best place to be.
