"I have worked at AVECC for almost two years now. I started in August 2022 in the call center as a Member Service Representative and recently took a new position as a Member Service Specialist.

My daily work at AVECC involves a variety of tasks, but I mainly focus on billing, running collections, assisting with pledges, working on Capital Credit paperwork, helping the call center with questions, and doing whatever I can to help our members.

My job impacts AVECC as a whole in terms of the experience our members have. Leaving the members with memorable, happy, productive experiences impacts AVECC and how our members perceive AVECC.

If there was one thing about my job that I would want members to know about AVECC, it would be that we genuinely have a great team that works great together and that truly strives to do their absolute best 100% of the time for our members, whether that be in the field or an office."
