Interactive Voice Response (IVR) – Billing

You will be greeted with several options, but first we will need to verify your account. If you are calling from a phone number that is associated with your account, the system utilizes caller-id functionality and will automatically identify your account number. If you are calling from another number, you may enter your account number, which can be found on your monthly bill, or look-up your account number by entering the phone number associated with your account.

Once we have verified your account number, you will have several options to choose from. By pressing “1” on the touch pad you can report a power outage. Press “2”, to make a payment using our automated system. Press “3”, to speak to a member service representative or access other billing information, and “0” will connect you with an operator.
