"I’ve been here for six years, really growing alongside WAVE from the early days of implementing everything to what we are now. A big part of my role is understanding the customer, listening to how they use our service and helping communicate what we provide in a way that truly serves them.

What makes this job different is how connected we are to the community, because I’ve never had this level of direct interaction with the people we’re helping. Being able to meet so many different people and know we’re changing the communities we serve is what I enjoy most about working for WAVE."
